Caroline J. Nasseri moved to California in 1980, where she studied French and Economics at Santa Clara University. In 1984, Caroline continued her education at Santa Clara University Law School and Business School, graduating in 1988 with a Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Business Association (MBA).
She began working as an associate attorney for insurance defense cases, earning valuable experience at the Law Offices of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bently and the Law Offices of Eugene Flemate. In 1992, she began working as an associate attorney for Habbas & Associates. She became a partner in 1996.
Today, Caroline serves accident victims throughout the greater San Jose area, practicing a wide range of personal injury cases. With a strong background in insurance defense, she has a deep understanding of the insurance industry and common defense tactics employed by insurance companies.
